Can you order by phone? Absolutely! Please call us Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST.
Do you have a day you need your order by? Our normal processing time is 2 – 3 days for an order to leave our warehouse; 7 – 10 days for personalized items and 7 - 14 days for custom made selections. For items that you need faster than our normal processing time, please call our customer service department and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. If you would like to pay by check, please call our customer service department at 866-586-8925 and place your order by phone. You will be given the mailing address to send your check to pay for your order. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of your payment.

As we ship free of charge within the USA (for orders over $75.00), most of our jewelry orders ship First Class Mail through the US Post Office with a delivery confirmation number. This number is not a tracking number, but will update when your package is scanned when delivered to your address. If your order has shipped to you directly from one of vendors, your tracking information may be delayed but we will email it to you as soon as we have received it.
WILL I GET AN EMAIL AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER? AFTER MY ORDER SHIPS?
Yes, you will immediately receive an email confirming receipt of your order. You will also receive an email notifying you that your order has shipped.
RETURN GUARANTEE AND EXCHANGES
We only carry the highest quality products and we truly hope that you are happy with your purchase. If after you have received your order you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must email us at email@example.com for your return authorization number and information. All returns are required to be approved by our customer service department and must be returned to the correct processing location. If an order is returned without authorization, it will be refused and returned back to you. We ship thousands of orders every month and cannot process a return without the correct processing information. We provide 100% refund (less shipping) when returns are received by our warehouse within 7 days of order receipt as verified by the delivery confirmation scan and verification that the item has not been worn. If a return is delivered to us after 7 days, there will be a 25% restocking charge for refunds. We do not accept refunds on jewelry after 30 days for health reasons.
HOW LONG BEFORE YOU RECEIVE A REFUND?
We process refunds after we have inspected the items upon their return to make sure they have not been worn. A credit should post to your account, less shipping fees or restocking fees, if applicable, you were charged on your original order, within 5 to 7 business days.
CAN YOU RETURN PERSONALIZED ITEMS?
No, personalized items may not be returned because they cannot be resold. Personalized jewelry and gifts are non-returnable.
WHAT IF YOU RECEIVED SOME ITEMS DAMAGED?
Please thoroughly check your order upon receipt. If there is anything damaged, please call our customer service department at 866-586-8925 or email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org at your earliest convenience but no later than 5 days after receiving your order. We will assist you with your claim with the courier that delivered your order.
We pride ourselve on our fast shipping times. Processing time (processing and packing your order) is 2 to 3 days from receipt (occasionally processing may take up to 5 days during busy seasons but 99% of our orders are shipped within 3 days). Personalized items could take up to 10 business days.
To provide you with our extensive collection of jewelry, we do use outside vendors for some of our items. Shipping may vary with these vendors, so please see the items details for any additional processing information. You may receive your order in several packages. This does not effect your shipping charge.
2ND DAY AIR SHIPPING CHARGES
Yes, we do provide 2nd day air shipping. It is very important to note that you will be charged the EXACT amount we pay to ship your order via this method. Charges will vary depending on the weight of your order. You may receive a 2nd charge to your credit card for the additional amount due for the shipping charge. We do not make a profit on shipping charges and you are only charged the exact amount that we pay. Note for orders outside of the continental USA, your charges could be very high if you select 2nd day air as your shipping method.

Yes, we ship internationally from our Michigan warehouse. Please see the information above.
